BBT is not currently operational

BBT was formalized on May 28, 1972 with this instrument. But it does not operate currently.

It does not have any assets in its name. All assets have been
stolen by BBTI(copyrights), BBP(funds) and Archives(all archive
material). BBT does not have a tax EIN given by IRS. It does not have a
tax exemption. It does not have a bank account. Basically its so-called
trustees only use its name that does not even belong to BBT anymore, to
print Srila Prabhupada's changed books as well as books of other
authors. does not execute any legal function

The BBT, a legal US Trust, need to apply for tax exemption from the
IRS as per the written directive of Srila Prabhupada. The Trustees
need to appoint a competent Probate Lawyer to complete the formalities
under the Trust tax-exemption Rules given by the IRS.
